Teambuilding regatta
Regatta teambuilding including bbq and drinks.*
Sailing equals teambuilding in this training programme. The group is split up into four-person units who are going to sail a race (regatta) in small open yachts, under the guidance of an experienced trainer-instructor. These instructors will guide the teams during the day and evaluate developments with the entire group at the end of the day. The instructors are highly experienced and trained in facilitating group formation. They are also excellent sailors. We use our ship as the base for the race; after each round the participants can relax and recuperate in our (heated) saloon.
Programme
12:00 Lunch buffet and a word of welcome from the skipper. Safety briefing.
13:00 We anchor and set the regatta course.
After a short introduction from the sailing instructors, the teams of four are assembled.
All teams sail a practice round to acquire basic sailing skills; possible re-assembly of the teams.
After this we sail an exciting regatta.
17:00 Bar open; evaluation of the day with the instructors.
The winning team is announced.
17:30 Barbecue or dinner buffet on board; enjoy your well-earned meal.
19:00 Arrival back in port; farewell from the skipper and crew.

Prices are per person (minimal 16 persons) and include instructors, meals, drinks, tax and service.
*The bar opens at 17:00; coffee tea and softdrinks are freely available all day.

Pay per person
Our packages are carefully selected based on years of experience with our target audiences. Prices are per person and include all costs, so there are no unpleasant surprises afterwards. You can change the final number of participants up to seven days before departure. Rates for smaller groups (<16 persons) or different bar times on request. Changes in the programme or meals (see our catering list) are also possible; please let us know what you would like.
Prices do not include the rent of the ship:

€ 1.150.00 Fridays, Sundays, holidays;
€ 1.350.00 Saturdays.
Monnickendam
This sailing event begins and ends in Monnickendam. This beautiful town at less than ten minutes from the A10 Amsterdam ring road is the ideal port of departure for all our trips. It has ample parking near the harbour and is well served by public transport.
