Orders can be changed in number and composition until 7 days before departure.
Above catering prices include 6% VAT (alcoholic drinks, service and operating include 21% VAT).
Catering orders must be conveyed to us at least 14 days prior to departure. Already placed orders can be modified up to 7 days before departure. Canceling a previously booked catering arrangement is subject to the cancellation policy as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, of which we will gladly send you a free copy. These Terms and Conditions are also part of your travel contract or lease.
Per group you can order one type of lunch, buffet or menu (no combinations) unless otherwise agreed.
Drinks are written up and settled afterwards. You can also pay the standard drinks inclusive fee (for 4 to 8 hours). Drinks consumed outside these hours will also be written up. You will then receive a final invoice after your trip.
When catering for our guests on board we charge service costs for transporting the food, for service and for cleaning the ship. Service charge: € 20.00 per hour.
For delivery of catering in a port other than Monnickendam, additional transport costs may be charged.
If you decide to bring your own caterer we will charge € 275.00 for rent of the kitchen. Your caterer should clean the ship (the parts used) before leaving.
