Two-day teambuilding sailing
Two-day teambuilding arrangement, full board.
In this training programme, the sailing is the teambuilding factor. This means setting sail together, executing maneuvers and taking care of the ship. The group is split up into smaller units which are each given a specific task on board. Living together in a relatively small space will also contribute to your teambuilding experience. The crew will guide the groups during the day and evaluate developments with the whole team at the end. Our highly experienced crew are trained in coaching team building.
Day 1
10:00 Embark and settle in. A word of welcome from the skipper. Coffee, tea and something sweet.
10:15 After extensive instructions we will cast off and set sail, paying special attention to collaboration within the groups. This is followed by an intensive sailing programme, covering various maneuvers. By late afternoon we anchor in one of the surrounding ports, where we can relax and discuss the events of the day.
13:00 Lunch buffet on board.
17:00 Bar is open, snacks.
18:00 Arrival in the next port.
19:00 Dinner buffet or bbq on board.
Day 2
09:00 Breakfast buffet.
10:00 Cast off; today the emphasis will be on interpersonal hierarchy formation within the groups, making it necessary for everyone to call on their social skills. Precviously acquired sailing skills are put into practice; the crew will intervene only when the safety of the ship and/or passengers is in danger.
12:30 Lunch buffet on board.
15:00 Bar is open, snacks. Evaluations and/or discussion.
17:00 Arrival back in port; farewell from skipper & crew.
More intensive teambuildings are also possible, guided by a qualified trainer and working with smaller groups. Longer programmes are also possible. Ask us for a free quotation.

Passengers can bring their own sleeping bags; duvet+ towel sets can also be rented for € 15.00 per set.

The bar is open from 15:00 to 00:30 hrs. Coffee, tea and softdrinks are freely available all day.

Pay per person
Our arrangements are carefully selected based on years of experience with our target groups. Prices are per person (min. 12 persons) and include all costs except the rent of the ship, so there are no unpleasant surprises afterwards. You can change the final number of participants up to seven days before departure. Rates for smaller groups (<12 persons) or different bar opening times on request. Changes in the programme or meals (see our catering list) are also possible; please let us know what you would like.
Monnickendam
Our sailing trips begin and end in Monnickendam. This beautiful town at less than ten minutes from the A10 Amsterdam ring road is the ideal port of departure for all our trips. It has ample parking near the harbour and is well served by public transport. Other ports are also possible in agreement.
